Job Description

As a Support Specialist, your role involves providing on-demand support to Global Business Process teams, Operational Divisions, and partners responsible for data center administration, including database management, upgrades, and performance optimization. You will be accountable for analyzing, responding, fixing, testing, and closing solution issues escalated to the Global Support team. Your responsibilities also include reviewing release contents, recommending testing strategies, coordinating with support teams for release validation, and validating recommendations related to your assigned functional area. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work with the Global Data Excellence team and Business Process Leaders to resolve problems, improve processes, and enhance initiatives. Your contribution will be crucial in reviewing, validating, and specifying core bugs and enhancements, as well as participating in testing and validation activities. Your strong SAP and functional knowledge in Plant Maintenance (PM) and Asset Management processes will be essential for success. You are expected to have experience in application support, SLAs, customer requirement management, and SAP project implementation activities. Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for the SE UNIFY Journey is required, including analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing SAP modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting testing, providing end-user training, and preparing documentation.
