SAP Accountant

As an Accountant Finalization with knowledge of SAP, you will be responsible for conducting detailed scrutiny of ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will identify any discrepancies, variances, or irregularities in financial records and take corrective actions as necessary. Your role will involve preparing and finalizing accounts, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports. It is essential to ensure that all financial statements comply with legal requirements and company policies. Collaboration with auditors for the timely completion of annual audits will be a part of your responsibilities. You will also assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, supporting management in budgeting and forecasting processes. Taxation and compliance are crucial aspects of this role, where you will ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and timely filing of returns. Maintaining accurate records for tax purposes and liaising with tax authorities when necessary will be required. Additionally, as an Accountant Finalization, you will manage and reconcile bank statements, ensuring proper documentation. Identifying opportunities for improving accounting processes and implementing changes to enhance efficiency will be part of your role. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends and accounting standards to ensure best practices are followed. The ideal candidate for this position would have a qualification of Bcom/Mcom/CA Inter/CMA Inter with 2-4 years of experience. Knowledge of SAP is mandatory for this role.
