Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. - Performing development and customization of SAP modules, with a focus on HR ABAP, Core ABAP, and SAP ABAP Reports. - Bringing expert level knowledge in SAP ABAP HR, PU12, and GL integration experience. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address system integration challenges and enhance overall system performance. - Providing technical expertise and maintaining comprehensive documentation for SAP solutions. - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP development and implementation. - Facilitating workshops with Business and other interacting teams to understand their needs and provide tailored SAP solutions. - Driving innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve SAP system efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the SAP framework. - Supporting the transition to new SAP environments with minimal disruption to business operations. You should have 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and a strong understanding of HR ABAP, PU12, and GL integration.
