SAP ABAP-HR Developer

What Youll Do

  • Design/develop

    RICEF

    objects for HR (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms).
  • Build payroll/taxation reports; extract HR data; optimize and debug payroll/time evaluation issues.
  • Implement

    BAPIs/BADIs

    , user exits/enhancements;

    BDC/LSMW

    ;

    ALE/IDoc

    integrations.
  • Work with

    Infotypes/Subtypes

    , Time Constraints, Dynamic Actions, HR logical DBs (PNP/PNPCE).
  • Develop

    Smart Forms/Adobe Forms

    ,

    ALV

    , dialog programs; write clear technical specs.
  • Own incident resolution and performance tuning; participate in reviews and documentation.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

  • 39 years

    of strong SAP

    HR ABAP

    design & development experience.
  • HR logical databases with reports/programs/screens; functional knowledge of

    Payroll, OM, PA

    .
  • HR macros for reading infotypes; HR-relevant

    FMs/BAPIs

    to update HR data.
  • External system integrations;

    2+ end-to-end implementations

    as HR ABAP developer.
  • OO ABAP; Interface Programming;

    SAPscript/Smart Forms

    ; Enhancement Framework,

    BAdIs

    , interactive reporting, dialog programming.
  • Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently; proven tech-spec writing; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Work Mode & Location Constraints
