Job Title

SAP HR ABAP Consultant – Freelance / Contract (3–10 Months)

SAP HR ABAP Consultant

freelance/contract position

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize SAP HR solutions using ABAP programming
Collaborate with business analysts and end users to understand and analyze requirements
Design and implement HR-related processes within the SAP HR system
Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure solution quality and system stability
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR applications
Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation related to SAP HR developments
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP HR modules
Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Minimum of
5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP development
Proven experience in SAP HR module implementation and customization projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
