Experience of developing programs on SAP HANA Hands on experience on CDS & AMDP Performance tuning & code adjustments for HANA Use of New ABAP syntax Basic knowledge in usage of OData services from HANA Knowledge of Standard ABAP DDIC OOPS. Expertise in SAP ALE IDOCs ABAP RFC ABAP Proxy .

Should have hands-on knowledge in ABAP technologies like Interactive Reporting Dialog Programming BAPI RFC SAP Scripts Smart-forms OOPs Should be able to understand functional specification and author technical specs. Good Communication Skills Proactive Contributor Good to Have - SAP ABAP HANA Certification Knowledge Experience HANA Cloud S/4HANA conversion Greenfield or Brownfield implementation experience Blogs writes up in LinkedIn SCN etc.
