Job Description

ABAP Consultant i. Definition of Services To provide ABAP services for support/rollout project. ii. Skillset requirements Hands on Experience in ABAP Experience or knowledge about energy industry, handling projects in Agile methodology and experience in S/4 HANA would be an added advantage. iii. Scope of Services Experience in a full project lifecycle end to end Expert knowledge of RFCs, BAPI’s, BADI’s, BDC’s, User Exits, and enhancement points. Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs to/from Middleware, and flat files. Broad technical knowledge - including all key SAP functionality and technology. Expert in IDOC enhancements. Exposure to CDS views for reporting purposes Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English Good Interpersonal skills iv. Location of Services India v. Deliverables The deliverables would be clearly identified and mutually agreed at the beginning of each phase. The typical deliverables that would be created are as below: Develop the quality code as per the functional / lean specification or any other document provided. Conduct self and peer review of the code and prepare review document. Creation of Technical Specification documents as per business needs for RICEFW development, unit testing and certification of such development. Creation of Unit testing document. Creation of any training material with technical information during training to support, handover or transition or end user training. Carry Cutover, go live and post go live support. vi. Experience level With 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP
