Core ABAP:

Classical and Interactive Reports
ALV (Classical & OO ALV)
BDC, BAPI, RFC
Smart Forms & Adobe Forms
Enhancements: User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, Implicit & Explicit Enhancements
OO ABAP and modularization techniques

ABAP on HANA:

CDS Views (Basic to Complex)
AMDP
OData
ABAP 7.4 & above syntax usage

Others:

Interfaces : IDOC, Webservices, API Integrations & Proxy Interfaces
Debugging and Troubleshooting
Good understanding of SAP Modules (MM, SD, FI, etc.)

Good to Have:

SAP Fiori backend development
Workflows / Flexible Workflows
Knowledge of RAP Concepts

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical specifications.
Develop and maintain custom SAP applications using Core ABAP (Reports, ALV, BDC, BAPI, Enhancements, Smart Forms/ User Exits, BADIs).
Work extensively on ABAP on HANA techniques including:
CDS Views
AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)
HANA Procedures/Functions
Perform performance tuning and optimize custom code to utilize SAP HANA capabilities effectively.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Design and develop interfaces using ALE/IDOC, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, and OData.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Support UAT and resolve defects within SLA.
