Job Title: Manager – Operations & Data Analytics (ST Energy Division) Summary Responsible for leading and supervising teams of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This includes project planning, safety enforcement, quality control, data analytics and personnel management to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Candidates from the IT field or nonengineering background need not apply. Responsibilities Personnel Management: • Supervise, train, and mentor installation crews. • Schedule work shifts and manage team performance. • Ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Project Oversight: • Coordinate with all stakeholders to plan and execute installation projects. • Manage on-site logistics, including material delivery and equipment deployment. • Oversee the assembly and erection of wind turbine components and the installation of EV charging stations. Technical Supervision and Quality Control: • Inspect the physical integrity and performance of installed equipment, including wind turbine towers and electrical systems. • Verify that all electrical, mechanical, electronics and other related systems are installed and functioning correctly. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications. Experience: • Proven experience in an operational role in the renewable energy sector, with focus on wind energy and/or EV charging installation. • Experience with both construction and maintenance is highly desirable.
