• Schedule repairs and inspections
• Work with service providers
• Keep properties clean and safe
• Check properties regularly
• Plan preventive maintenance
• Reporting:
• Prepare budgets and monthly reports
• Share updates on finances and occupancy
• Suggest ways to improve property and tenant experience
