Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions. Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings. Follow up with clients before and after trips to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Handle booking processes including flights, hotels, and tour packages. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency. at least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales can also apply. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (fluency is mandatory).
