Sangam Manager Trainee

This is a full-time role for a Sangam Manager Trainee based in Daltonganj. The Sangam Manager Trainee will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to field operations, client relationship management, loan disbursements, and repayment collections. The Trainee will also be involved in conducting financial literacy programs and assisting with community engagements.

Requirements

• Effective client relationship management and communication skills

• Experience or knowledge in loan disbursement processes and repayment collections

• Capacity to conduct financial literacy programs

Community engagement and empowerment abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel and work on-site in rural areas

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; preference may be given to candidates with a background in finance or social work
