Role & responsibilities CCSU unit will serve Corporate clients of Branches in Western Mumbai side , enjoying limits more than 10 Crs (Sister/Associate concerns of these Corporate clients enjoying limits of lesser amount, will also be served by CCSU). CCSU will serve these corporate clients in: Renewal of limits for existing Corporate Clients. Fresh Sanction Issuance of sanction letter, obtaining of compliance and co-ordination with legal and PSM Cell. Processing request of the borrower for Ad-hoc limits. Monitoring of Accounts. Document maintenance. Visit to units and offices of clients. Follow up for their request with CCC, PSM, Legal and any other department of the Bank. Attending / Arranging Consortium meetings on behalf of branch. Sending reminders for renewal/overdue, etc. to clients. Complying with Audit observations of Stock Audit / Statutory Audit / Internal Audit /Concurrent Audit Stock Statement updation on monthly basis/ QIS statement updation on quarterly basis. Looking for Loan Assistant Manager role for well reputed MNC Bank located in Noida . Role & responsibilities To evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits To maintain and update accounting records To determine all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans To issue Sanction letter as per the terms and conditions of approved Term Sheet and Justify decisions in case of rejection and report on them Credit Monitoring Updates the borrower credit rating; Update the knowledge on types of loans and other financial services Verification Constitutional documents (MOA, Partnership Deed etc.) Authorizations (BR, Partnership, Letters etc.) for availing g facilities, creating security, execution of documents and scrutiny of executed documents to ensure proper execution. Review & Assess Loan policies and procedure and makes necessary changes, if any between branch and HO Policy from time to time. Financial information on timely basis. All new appraisals of collaterals and monitor collateral values. Key Accountabilities Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to: Preparation of Offer letter, Facility documents and security documents (non-mortgage). Pre-luminary Checking up of filled documents (Facility and security documents). Initiating and follow up with Legal and Valuation agencies for timely submission of reports. Perform miscellaneous activities related to disbursement depending on the product. To liaise with RMs and customers for various post-disbursement documents/exception tracking. To process and input data for vendor bills. Job Duties & responsibilities Prepare letters of offer (LO) and Facility documents for IBG 3&4 customers in accordance to approved credit and business terms based on the Master LO template which standard clauses have been determined by Group Legal and Product Owners. Checker for LO and facility documents. Prepare and update template for in-house security documents (e.g. Hypothecation, Cash margin, Mortgage, etc..) in accordance with approved credit memo and liaise with CCU for completing the process. To support unit head in Empanelment of agencies / Valuers / Lawyer, etc. in terms of documentation and help in vendor payments. Liaising with external agencies / vendors and ensuring timely Vendor payments. Fill up of the requisite fee form for correct mapping of fees to the customer and department. Follow up with RM/Customer on closure of various exception items (Insurance, Internal covenants, any other items). Follow up with CCU on timely closure of exceptions upon submission. Assist RM to follow-up with customers / insurance agents for renewed policies & process insurance claims. Timely initation of desktop valuation/Collateral Audit/Plant visit on annual basis Requirements Preferable experience of 10 years in similar role of back office credit operations/documentation with other bank/NBFC
