Sample Coordinator / fashion Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Sampling Coordinator / Fashion Merchandiser with a strong background in Indian ethnic and high-fashion garments. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a designer label and a deep understanding of luxury fabrics, embroidery techniques, and the sampling-to-production lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sampling processes from design concept to final prototype
• Work closely with designers, artisans, and production teams
• Source materials and manage vendor relationships
• Oversee fittings, fabric selection, and embellishments
• Maintain detailed records of samples and track timelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in ethnic fashion or high-end Indian designer wear
• Strong eye for detail, color, and fabric
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
