Salon Sales Executive

Job Description

Criteria: - **Industry**: Cosmetic products in the FMCG field (Salon Products and Market) - **Salary**: ₹18,500 to ₹21,000 NTH per month ₹250 to ₹275 TA/DA + incentives - **Required Qualifications**: Minimum HSC - **Required Experience**: Minimum 1 year in the FMCG field Responsibilities: - Promote and sell cosmetic products to salons within the assigned territory. - Maintain and build relationships with salon owners and managers to ensure consistent sales. - Achieve daily targets of visiting 18 to 25 salons to maximize product exposure and sales opportunities. - Provide product demonstrations and training to salon staff to increase product knowledge and usage. - Collect and analyze market feedback to identify new sales opportunities and report on competitors’ activities. - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM software. - Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of products in salons. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events. - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cosmetic and FMCG industry. Additional Information: - Candidates must have experience with salon products and a good understanding of the salon market. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - A proactive approach to sales and customer service is required. - Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory is necessary.
