Sales/SR. Sales/ASM For Medical Device For Bangalore

You will be responsible for selling Surgical and Pharma products to potential customers. Your duties will include identifying and approaching potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, providing product information and demonstrations, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's growth. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be required to drive sales of Surgical and Pharma products within the designated area. Your responsibilities will involve implementing sales strategies, supervising and supporting a team of sales representatives, fostering relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies, conducting market research to identify opportunities and trends, providing product training and support to the sales team, monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in sales, with a salary ranging from 1 Lac to 6 Lac per annum.
