Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer/Solutions Engineer to join our growing team in India. In this critical role, you will be the primary technical expert, partnering with our sales team to showcase the transformative power of Simbian's Agentic AI SOC platform to prospective enterprises and MSSP customers. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating how Simbian can significantly enhance their security posture, multiply analyst capacity, and achieve superior security outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Technical Sales Leadership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide deep technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight how Simbian's AI Agents autonomously triage, investigate, and respond to alerts from various sources (SIEMs, XDRs, endpoint, identity, cloud, network). Proof of Value (POV) Engagements: Design, plan, and execute in-depth Proof of Value (POV) engagements, working directly with customer security teams to demonstrate measurable benefits such as reduced investigation times, higher accuracy, and increased SOC efficiency. Technical Diligence & Integration: Understand customer security architectures and challenges, mapping Simbian's extensive integration capabilities (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, AWS, Okta, Jira, Slack) to their existing tool stack. Problem Solving: Address complex technical questions regarding AI-driven security, data privacy, deployment models (on-premises or cloud), and compliance, ensuring customer confidence in Simbian's secure-by-design approach. Market & Product Intelligence: Stay continuously updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, AI advancements, and Simbian's evolving product features to effectively position our solutions. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to relay customer feedback and ensure successful implementations.Requirements Qualifications:
