We are looking for a Salesperson who will be responsible for calling customers, taking orders, and maintaining good client relationships. This role does not require field visits or high-pressure selling—just clear communication and consistent follow-up.

Responsibilities:

• Call existing and potential clients from provided leads (mainly IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email, etc.)
• Explain basic product details (perfumes, incense sticks, aroma oils, etc.)
• Take customer orders and pass them to the production team
• Maintain simple records in Excel
• Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and repeat orders
• Coordinate internally with dispatch and packaging teams

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Regional languages are a bonus)
• Basic computer skills – WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel
• Polite, punctual, and good at follow-ups
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (not mandatory)
