Salesman

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven FMCG Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely distribution of products within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to promote and sell products.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and manage point-of-sale materials.
• Execute in-store promotions and merchandising as per company guidelines.
• Provide daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase sales volume.
• Monitor competitors' activities and report market trends.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school or diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
• Familiarity with the local market and routes.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use sales applications (if applicable).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Working Conditions:

• Fieldwork with frequent travel to outlets and retail shops, with a Wan & driver.
• Flexible working hours based on sales targets and market demand.
• Occasional weekend or holiday work for promotions and campaign activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
