Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Provide detailed product information and answer any questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to effectively communicate with customers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized sales floor.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications
