Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in West Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their lighting needs, providing detailed product information and demonstrations, and closing sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the showroom, managing inventory, and keeping abreast of new products and industry trends. The Salesperson will also be responsible for developing relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service experience Ability to understand and present technical product information Sales experience, preferably in the lighting or home improvement industry Ability to manage inventory and maintain a well-organized showroom Willingness to learn and stay updated on new products and industry trends Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus
