Salesforce Vlocity developer

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) Developer to join our energy services transformation project. The role involves building guided user flows, integrating with backend systems, and supporting energy lifecycle events such as Move In, New Connection, and Move Out processes.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, architects, and integration teams to build scalable solutions using the Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build OmniStudio components: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures

Implement secure HTTP callouts using Integration Procedures and Named Credentials

Create dynamic workflows with Vlocity Rules and Calculation Matrices

Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading via DataRaptors

Build modular OmniScripts for reusable customer journeys

Integrate FlexCards into Salesforce pages to display contextual customer/premise information

Orchestrate back-end processes and external system calls through Integration Procedures

Ensure adherence to best practices for performance, scalability, and reusability

Support end-to-end testing, debugging, and deployment activities

Document solutions and collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio/Vlocity) platform

Strong hands-on experience with FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures

Good understanding of REST APIs and external integrations using Named Credentials

Familiarity with utility/energy domain processes is a plus

Understanding of Salesforce data models, custom objects, and configurations

Problem-solving attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills

Salesforce OmniStudio or Platform Developer certifications are an advantage
