Salesforce Vlocity Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions using

  Vlocity Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures

  , and

  Vlocity Cards

  .
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using

  Apex classes, Apex triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Configure and manage Vlocity components such as

  Product Catalog, CPQ, and Order Management

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  and middleware tools.
• Optimize performance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and scalability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, Vlocity releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in Salesforce development.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce

  , and

  Salesforce DX

  .
• Proven experience with

  Vlocity/Salesforce Industries tools

  : Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards.
• Solid understanding of

  Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules

  .
• Experience in

  Salesforce Integration

  using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as

  Git

  and CI/CD processes.
• Salesforce Developer Certification (

  Platform Developer I/II

  ) is required.

• Salesforce Industries/Vlocity certification

  is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments.
• Exposure to

  Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

  , and

  Experience Cloud

  .
• Knowledge of

  Vlocity CPQ, Order Management, and Industry-specific data models

  (e.g., Telecom, Insurance, Healthcare).
