Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer with a strong background in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Triggers, with the ability to build scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Vlocity (OmniStudio) solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Implement Apex classes, triggers, and LWC for customized business logic and UI enhancements.
Configure and customize Vlocity components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and OmniScripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust CRM solutions for telecom operations.
Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices in Salesforce development.
Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of existing Salesforce applications.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Triggers.
Practical experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio tools.
Experience working on telecom industry processes and CRM implementations.
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
