Role Overview

As a Trainee Consultant – Salesforce, you will work closely with senior consultants to configure, customize, and deliver Salesforce solutions. If you’ve completed Salesforce training, internships, or hands-on projects—this role is perfect for you!

What You’ll Do

• Configure & customize Salesforce under expert guidance
• Work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
• Support requirement gathering & client documentation
• Assist with data migration, automation, reports & dashboards
• Participate in testing, UAT & deployments
• Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering (or related field)
• Salesforce training / internship / project experience
• Understanding of Objects, Fields, Security Model, Flows, Workflow Rules, Reports & Dashboards
• Basic Apex/Lightning skills are a plus
• Strong communication & analytical abilities

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Admin or App Builder Certification
• Hands-on CRM exposure
• Experience in Salesforce training sessions
