Description
As an experienced Salesforce Tester specializing in Sales Cloud and Health Cloud, your role will involve end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications in an Agile environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Preparing and executing manual test cases for Sales Cloud and Health Cloud modules. - Validating Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, and data integrity. - Conducting end-to-end testing for integrations, data migration, and reports. - Performing API testing using tools like Postman. - Managing test planning, execution, and defect tracking in Jira. - Participating in sprint ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives) as part of an Agile QA team. - Supporting UAT activities and ensuring all functional scenarios are validated before release. - Preparing detailed test documentation including test plans, execution logs, and summary reports. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4 years of Salesforce manual testing experience, with exposure to Sales Cloud and Health Cloud. - Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, and workflows. - Experience in API and integration testing. - Strong working knowledge of Jira for defect and test management. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Salesforce certifications (Admin / Health Cloud) preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position based in any major city in India (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai / Noida preferred) with the requirement to work in person.
