Salesforce Technical Lead

Immediate joiners only

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of Salesforce-based applications for an ISV environment
Architect and build scalable components using
Managed Packages
for the AppExchange
Hands-on development using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Work on external integrations using
RESTful Web Services
Ensure code quality, performance, and AppExchange security compliance
Conduct code reviews, mentor development teams, and implement best practices

Required Skills

Strong experience working with a
Salesforce ISV (Independent Software Vendor)
Mandatory
Expertise in
Apex, LWC/Lightning, Visualforce, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Experience developing
Managed Packages
for AppExchange products
Knowledge of testing frameworks such as
Unit Testing, Lightning Test Service (LTS)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills

Good to Have

Salesforce Certifications
Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce
Agile development background
