As a Salesforce Developer at Salesforce Industries, your role is crucial in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. You will work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Architects to translate program designs into configured solutions that meet customer requirements efficiently using Industry Cloud technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Building out complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the platform toolkit - Participating in Agile scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of projects - Acquiring deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications - Mentoring customer and system integrator resources to accelerate knowledge transfer - Championing best practices and sharing insights within the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem In order to be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile development techniques - Proven track record of successful delivery of customer projects, particularly in enterprise CRM implementations - Experience in building solutions in the financial services industry - Self-starter with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies - Excellent communication skills for various interactions with customers and technical presentations - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role From a technical perspective, you should have proficiency in the following areas: - Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning) - Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML) - Data modeling - Process modeling tools and best practices Additionally, the following qualifications are preferred: - Knowledge of OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts) - Excellent interpersonal and communications skills - Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field Your vision and expertise will play a significant role in helping Salesforce Industries elevate to the next level.
