Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in the development of a new division within a leading technology provider. You will have the opportunity to work on the next generation of digital services across the SFDC platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and Tableau. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, creating configuration designs, identifying Salesforce-based solutions, documenting business processes, and ensuring technical designs align with the overall enterprise architecture. You will work closely with business and development teams to design and manage solutions effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have 8 years of experience in implementing enterprise-level projects in Salesforce.com/Force.com, 2 years of experience in creating solutions to business requirements, and experience working on at least 3 project implementations leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform. Additionally, experience in working with business and development teams to design solutions is required. Preferred experience includes a strong understanding of Salesforce.com Lightning Platform. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing the technical vision for the solution, making your role crucial to the success of the projects.
