Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience along with the ability to design, implement, and lead Salesforce Service Cloud projects. The resource must also possess strong stakeholder management capabilities and work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Must Have Skills:
8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
Proven developer background with hands-on coding experience (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL)
Strong expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
Good experience with integrations, customizations, and workflows in Service Cloud
Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively across teams
Prior experience in leading engagements and collaborating with cross-functional teams
