Salesforce Senior Engineer

As a Salesforce Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying customised Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of project tasks from requirement gathering to deployment, leading Salesforce integrations with external systems, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code, and ensuring platform scalability and adherence to best practices. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Take complete ownership of project tasks from requirement gathering to development and deployment - Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools - Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code for scalable and robust solutions - Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices - Collaborate with business users, architects, and IT stakeholders to implement effective solutions - Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce clean coding standards - Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime - Take ownership of new project modules and deliver them under tight timelines - Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and enable seamless project execution - Actively participate in technical reviews, client discussions, and design sessions - Ensure compliance with platform and security guidelines while developing and deploying Salesforce features - Maintain documentation for configurations, customisations, and integrations - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs - Proven track record in implementing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions - Must be PD1 and PD2 certified - Excellent communication skills with 5/5 proficiency in verbal and written English Experience Required: - 5 to 8 years of overall Salesforce experience with a minimum of 2+ years in FSC implementation and integrations Application Instructions: Please share your updated profile in the standard resume template.
