Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer at Wipro Limited, your role involves supporting process delivery by overseeing daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the team. Your responsibilities include reviewing performance parameters, providing technical support and process guidance, documenting all queries and resolutions, and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Review daily transactions on performance parameters and performance dashboard for the team - Support the team in improving performance by providing technical support and guidance - Record, track, and document all queries and resolutions - Resolve client queries as per defined SLAs and ensure compliance with service agreements - Develop understanding of processes/products for team members and facilitate better client interaction - Analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems - Escalate serious client issues to Team Leader when necessary - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations as per SLA and quality requirements - Provide product support and resolution to clients by guiding them through solutions - Troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly and professional manner - Offer alternative solutions to retain customers and clients" business - Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge - Conduct trainings within products for Production Specialists to bridge skill gaps - Stay current with product features, changes, and updates through product trainings Qualifications Required: - Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Platform Development - Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on innovative solutions for clients" digital transformation needs.
