The role at hand involves preparing test cases and conducting testing of the product/platform/solution intended for deployment at a client's end. The primary objective is to ensure that the product meets 100% quality assurance parameters. Key responsibilities include understanding test requirements, designing test cases, authoring test planning based on business requirements, and implementing Wipro's testing methodologies effectively. Collaboration with the development team to capture test cases, ensuring version control, setting testing criteria, scope, and involvement in User Acceptance Testing are crucial aspects of the role. Significant focus is placed on automating the test life cycle process through various means such as vb macros, GUI automation, and scheduling. Designing and executing the automation framework, developing software validation tests, detecting and reporting bug issues, and monitoring test progress are integral components of the position. Additionally, the role involves timely reporting of test status to stakeholders, providing feedback on usability and serviceability, and ensuring seamless interaction with customers through various channels. Key Performance Parameters: 1. Understanding test requirements and test case design: Ensuring error-free testing solutions, minimal process exceptions, 100% SLA compliance, and automation using VB macros. 2. Execute test cases and reporting: Enhancing testing efficiency and quality, on-time delivery, troubleshooting queries within TAT, and maintaining a high CSAT score.
