Join a leading US pharmaceutical client as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, supporting their sales process optimization and Salesforce solution delivery on a long-term contract. This is a remote opportunity exclusively for candidates based in India, requiring flexibility to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and quoting processes.
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand sales workflows and recommend process improvements in Salesforce.
  
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather functional requirements and propose effective Salesforce solutions.
  
• Lead data migration, system integrations, and automation initiatives for streamlined sales operations.
  
• Develop and configure declarative Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, and flows.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and seamless implementation.
  
• Provide user training and drive system adoption across the end-user community.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10+ years of Salesforce consulting or implementation experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
  
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, automation, and data migration.
  
• Experience facilitating workshops, client discovery, and process mapping.
  
• Comfortable working independently and directly with US-based stakeholders.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
  
• Salesforce certifications (preferably Sales Cloud Consultant or Administrator) are highly desirable.
  
• Previous experience with pharma/life sciences clients is a plus.
