Job Description

Dear All,

Salesforce QA Engineer

Tirunelveli (Full - time)

Work from office

1 - 3 years

Immediate Joiner* - 30 days*

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Validate customizations, workflows, triggers, and 3rd-party integrations within Salesforce
Utilize tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado for automation testing
Document defects clearly and collaborate with development teams for resolution
Conduct data validation and integrity checks across integrated systems
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily standups
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployment cycles
Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in QA/testing, with a minimum of 1 year in Salesforce-specific testing
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, TestRail/Zephyr, and SOQL
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and object relationships
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Copado
Strong , analytical, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins
Exposure to API testing using Postman or SOAP UI
