Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, with at least 5 years of experience in testing and quality assurance. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Selenium and Java, and be able to design and implement automated testing frameworks for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, and be able to work effectively in an Agile development environment. Key Responsibilities : 1. Salesforce Testing : Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce applications, including functional, regression, and integration testing. 2. Automated Testing : Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium and Java, to test Salesforce applications. 3. Test Automation Frameworks : Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, including test scripts, test data, and test environments. 4. Defect Tracking : Identify, report, and track defects found during testing, using tools such as JIRA or Salesforce's built-in defect tracking features. 5. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure that testing is aligned with business requirements. 6. Test Environment Management : Manage and maintain test environments, including setting up and configuring test data, and ensuring that test environments are up-to-date and reflect the latest changes to the application. 7. Test Data Management : Develop and maintain test data, including creating and managing test data sets, and ensuring that test data is accurate and relevant. 8. Reporting and Metrics : Develop and maintain reports and metrics to track testing progress, including test coverage, defect density, and testing efficiency. Requirements : - Well versed with Salesforce Automation Testing. - At least have 5+ Yrs of exp on Salesforce. - Should have worked on Selenium with Java or Python. - Excellent experience on sales and service cloud. -Having 4-5 Years of SF QA experience Skilled in Provar and manual testing techniques, methodologies, testing tools and best practices Able to create scenarios, execute tests, and log defects based on user stories Technically Sound in SF, Classic and Lightning Development experience Mentoring and assisting team members Excellent communication skill and good with demo and client Interaction
