Salesforce nCino Tech Lead

As a Salesforce nCino Team Lead, your role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of nCino-specific functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Lead and contribute to the design and development of nCino-specific functionalities and product customization. - Configure and demonstrate Salesforce.com custom fields and page layouts within the nCino environment. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship on product setup, system administration, and functional/architectural processes. - Guide architecture discussions, data modeling, and finalization of go-to strategies related to data and system setups. - Stay updated with nCino platform advancements and proactively assess new features and functionalities. - Collaborate with global teams to finalize requirements and optimize product fitment with out-of-the-box setups while minimizing customizations. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong educational background, extensive hands-on experience in nCino UI Group, Routes, and Screens, and excellent client-handling capabilities. This position requires both technical proficiency and leadership skills to contribute to nCino-specific functionalities and drive solution design and implementation.
