We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Customization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering custom solutions to customers" unique applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for Fisher Rotary and Sliding Stem valves, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless quote and order execution. Your responsibilities will include handling daily order activities related to product design modifications, supporting the quotation process, performing detailed design calculations and engineering analyses, creating and modifying 3D CAD models and technical drawings, reviewing industry codes and standards, and identifying process enhancements for continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with Sales Engineers, multi-functional teams, and global engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, Design, or Aerospace), along with 3-5 years of experience in Flow Controls or a similar field in the valve industry. You should have a solid understanding of engineering principles, materials properties, castings, forgings, machining, welding, industry codes, and standards.
