We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Customization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to a dynamic team focused on delivering custom solutions to customers" unique applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for Fisher Rotary and Sliding Stem valves, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless quote and order execution. Your responsibilities will include handling daily order activities related to product design modifications, supporting the quotation process, performing detailed design calculations and engineering analyses, creating and modifying 3D CAD models and technical drawings, reviewing industry codes and standards, and identifying process enhancements for continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with Sales Engineers, multi-functional teams, and global engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Industrial, Chemical, Design, or Aerospace), along with 3-5 years of experience in Flow Controls or a similar field in the valve industry. You should have a solid understanding of engineering principles, materials properties, castings, forgings, machining, welding, industry codes, and standards. You have over 5 years of development experience working with Smallworld PNI using Magik. Your expertise includes Data Modeling, Design Manager Configurations, and preparing documents such as SRS, Custom Applications Design, and User Manuals. You possess a good understanding of next-generation telecommunication networks like FTTx, Mobile, RF/Coaxial, etc. Your experience extends to Smallworld version 4.x & 5.x products such as PNI, FTTH, LNI, Design Manager, Schematics, PRA, NIG, GSS, GSA, Smallworld Enterprise Gateway (SWEG), etc. Additionally, you have a strong background in product customization, Configuration, and Implementation. Familiarity with Job Manager and Short Transaction Manager will be considered an added advantage. You are skilled in Testing, Database concepts, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication. Your proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment makes you a valuable asset to the team.,

Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute complex New Product Development/ Product customization projects within the syringe and cartridge business segment, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept through to delivery, ensuring proper execution of timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, regulatory, quality assurance, and marketing, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and address project concerns promptly. Act as the single point of contact between the client, product team, and internal departments (Sales, production, engineering, Quality, Design, etc) Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project timelines and goals are not affected by unforeseen challenges. Proactively resolve issues and conflicts that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols and are executed within financial constraints. Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and project milestones.
