Role & responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce and nCino solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder.
Implement and enhance nCino modules such as Commercial Lending, Deposit Account Opening (DAO), Treasury Management, and Customer Engagement.Design, configure, and integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems (via APIs, middleware, etc.).Create custom objects, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and page layouts as needed.Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in data migration, system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.Maintain best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and release management using DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).Provide support and resolve production issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of Salesforce Development experience.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with nCino platform.Strong command of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Experience in banking or financial services domain (especially in lending processes).Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, etc.).Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).nCino certification(s) (preferred).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset.Knowledge of data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).Understanding of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and security models.Agile/Scrum project experience.
