Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Consultant ( Datorama )

Job Location - Pune

Mode of work- Hybrid/Remote

Mode of Hire -3rd Party

Notice Period - 0 to 15 days max

Must Have Skills:

Over 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence
Data ingestion into MCI using different connectors including REST APIs & custom integration
Experience working with
ETL
tools
Strong understanding of
SQL
queries
Designing data reconciliation approach
Ability to derive insights from data and plan actionable strategies, e.g., marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of
digital marketing KPIs
(email marketing, PPC, conversion metrics)
Experience with data visualization tools
Overall reporting & creating dashboards showing the KPIs
Proven ability in requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work
Experience in user training and promoting user adoption
Ability to manage and deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have Skills:

Proficiency with Data Views, Discover Reports, and Einstein Engagement within Analytics Builder
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
Familiarity with other Salesforce products and their integrations
