Job Description

Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions based on business requirements. Develop high-level architecture and detailed technical specifications for marketing automation solutions. Ensure the solution design aligns with Salesforce best practices, scalability, and security requirements. Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their marketing objectives, gather technical and functional requirements, and translate them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. Conduct workshops and presentations to stakeholders, gathering feedback to refine the design and implementation approach. Advise clients on the most suitable strategies for marketing automation, customer journeys, and data integration. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, etc.). Set up automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and email campaigns. Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party applications using APIs and other integration methods. Data Management and Optimization: Define and implement data management strategies including data extensions, data import/export, and segmentation strategies. Ensure that the Marketing Cloud is leveraged to its full potential to personalize customer experiences and optimize marketing campaigns. Provide solutions for effective audience targeting, engagement, and performance analytics. Leadership and Mentoring: Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise. Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects and timely delivery. Review the work of junior staff and offer feedback and support for ongoing development.
