Salesforce Lead Developer

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Lead Developer to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com projects, with at least 5 years specifically in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC, and Integration. The ideal candidate should have expertise in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications based on business requirements using Force.com capabilities. They should also have experience working on Integration projects utilizing REST integration and basic knowledge of SOAP. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Apex classes, Triggers, and Async Apex, as well as customizing Salesforce applications with Visual Force pages, custom objects, workflows, process builder, tabs, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, validation rules, and page layouts. Proficiency in complex SOQL and SOSL querying techniques is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project discipline, organization, focus, and adherence to delivery schedules. They should be able to prepare technical designs for components within a module based on requirements and have experience in Agile projects with an understanding of scrum practices. Experience with Azure Devops for metadata deployment and Apex Data Loader for Data Migration Activities is required. Familiarity with General CRM functionalities is also desired. Mandatory certifications include Platform Developer I and II, as well as Sales Cloud certification. Additional certifications such as Integration Architect and Javascript developer I are considered advantageous. Good communication skills are a must for this role.
