Job Description

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in:

Salesforce Lightning Framework (LWC)
Apex & Visualforce
Salesforce Service Cloud

Proven experience with Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS)
Extensive experience in Salesforce Integrations, including:

REST/SOAP APIs
Middleware-based integrations

Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS and ERP systems
Experience with WebMethods integration design and development
Experience working with MuleSoft
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM & Sales/Service business processes
Experience in Integration Testing (unit, system, end-to-end)
Prior experience working as a Technical Lead / Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical teams, and customer IT teams to understand integration requirements
Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce integration architecture
Define, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce interfaces and integrations
Create integration test plans, test cases, and execute integration testing
Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations following Salesforce best practices and governor limits
Develop:

Data load processes
Point-to-point integrations
Middleware-based integrations (WebMethods / MuleSoft)

Ensure compliance with security standards, scalability, and performance requirements
Coordinate with customer application teams for interface setup, deployment, and support
