Salesforce Health Cloud Developer - Lightning Component Framework

As a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Health and Service Cloud customization, configuration, and maintenance, you will play a crucial role in managing Salesforce admin activities and providing support to ensure optimal performance. Your strong background in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be essential for developing and maintaining Salesforce applications. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems, as well as developing and managing Salesforce Communities to enhance user engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Customize Salesforce Health and Service Cloud to meet business requirements and configure Salesforce platforms accordingly. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce Health and Service Cloud applications. - Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Create and manage Salesforce flows to automate complex business processes. - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems. - Develop and manage Salesforce Communities to enhance user engagement and collaboration. - Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. - Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, resolving technical issues promptly. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Health and Service Cloud. - Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. - Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and developing Salesforce Communities. - Solid understanding of Salesforce administration, including user management and security. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
