Salesforce Functional Tester Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai Shift: 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM IST (Willingness required) Are you a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Tester with a passion for ensuring quality in complex CRM environments We're looking for a professional with strong SFDC application testing experience to join our team. You'll be instrumental in testing Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, leveraging your expertise in SOQL, APIs, and various Salesforce tools to deliver robust and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Application Testing: Conduct comprehensive functional testing of SFDC applications, focusing on Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. Data & API Testing: Write SOQL queries for advanced testing scenarios and effectively test Salesforce APIs. Utilize tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dataloader for efficient testing and data manipulation. Integration & Data Migration Testing: Possess solid experience in Integration Testing to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across connected systems. Demonstrate exposure to Data Migration testing, verifying data integrity and accuracy during transitions. Test Management & Reporting: Create and execute detailed Test Cases, perform thorough Defect Management, and generate clear Test Reports to communicate progress and issues. QA Process & Strategy: Apply strong experience in QA Processes, particularly within Agile Testing methodologies. Be able to create comprehensive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Test Estimates. Client Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client status updates, report effectively, and highlight risks/impediments to relevant stakeholders. Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work with little or no supervision, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables. Required Skills & Experience: Core Skill: Salesforce Functional Testing . Experience: Strong experience in SFDC application testing. Technical Proficiency: Ability to write SOQL queries. Experience testing APIs. Proficiency with Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Dataloader. Testing Expertise: Solid experience in Integration Testing. Exposure to Data Migration testing. Experience in creating and executing Test Cases, Defect Management, and Test Reporting. Process Knowledge: Good experience in QA Process and Agile Testing. Strategic Abilities: Ability to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Estimates. Communication: Excellent communication skills.
