INDEC consists of INDEC Application Development, INDEC Infrastructure Management, and Cyber Security Management. INDEC Application Development focuses on software application development and maintenance services, while INDEC Infrastructure Management monitors and manages the IT infrastructure assets deployed globally. The center, located in Andheri East, Mumbai, delivers IT services and solutions to the Saint-Gobain group with approximately 1200+ associates currently working there. INDEC Application Development offers services across various technologies such as SAP, Java, PHP, .Net, CRM, Mobility, Digital, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Automation. INDEC Infrastructure Management includes service lines like Network Coordination Center (NCC/NOC), Data Center Infrastructure Support, IT Standards, Tools Engineering, and Reporting Automation. INDEC Cybersecurity provides 24/7 security monitoring services to detect and respond to any suspicious activity within Saint-Gobain, offering services like vulnerability scanning, web application firewall, endpoint protection, and more. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in sessions with Salesforce.com customers and team members to comprehend Business Requirements and Processes. - Document and analyze necessary information and data. - Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations. - Gather Functional Requirements through various communication channels. - Configure and customize Salesforce.com Sales and Service applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery aligned with the architectural vision. - Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce best practices and problem-solving abilities. - Conduct research and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile: - Proficiency in Salesforce platform applications like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Understanding of Salesforce capabilities to solve complex business problems. - Familiarity with SDLC processes and Agile project experience. - Ability to establish best development practices and strive for continuous improvement. - Track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. - Strong communication skills, coordination abilities, and project methodology experience.
