Job Description

Pre-sales experience (e.g., running discovery workshops and preparing Statements of Work).
Hands-on experience with one of the following clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Education Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.
Led a project end-to-end (from pre-sales through delivery to go-live).
Training experience (both preparation of training documentation and delivery of training).
Hands-on experience with Flows.
Experience with Agentforce or Data Cloud.
Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills able to communicate with clarity and confidence.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (ideally 5+). Please avoid short-term candidates or freshers with only 1–2 years in Salesforce roles.
Confirm salary expectations are within our budget before scheduling interviews with the delivery team. It’s discouraging to interview great candidates only to find we can’t meet their salary requirements.
