Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Field Service Implementation:

• Hands-on experience in implementing FSL features such as:
• Work Order Management
• Resource Management
• Warranty Management
• FSL Mobile App

2. Data Model Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service data model and its integration with Service Cloud.

3. Service Cloud Knowledge:

• Solid understanding of Service Cloud functionalities and configurations.

4. Additional Cloud Knowledge:

• Exposure to

  Manufacturing Cloud

  is a plus.

5. Technical Architecture & Solutioning:

• Act as a Salesforce Technical Architect to design best-fit solutions for complex business requirements.
• Create

  technical designs

  from functional requirements.

6. Development Skills:

• Develop and customize Lightning components using

  Aura

  or

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  .
• Write

  Apex code

  for custom business logic and database operations.

7. Best Practices & Standards:

• Implement Salesforce Lightning industry best practices and ensure compliance with coding standards.

8. Agile Methodology:

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, including managing flexible scope and leading sprint planning.

9. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead team collaboration to translate project requirements into clear user stories.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to team members for skill development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8

  + years

  of Salesforce experience with at least

  2+ years in Field Service Lightning

• Proven experience as a

  Salesforce Technical Architect

• Expertise in

  Apex

  Aura Components

  , and

  Salesforce configuration

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce data models
