Salesforce Engineer - CRM

As an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Architect, your role will involve leading the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end Salesforce CRM solutions. You will analyze existing implementations, identify technical gaps, propose improvements, and work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architecture. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing integration strategies with external systems, guiding development teams on coding standards, and providing leadership in troubleshooting and performance tuning of Salesforce systems. Additionally, you will mentor and guide developers and junior architects on architecture patterns and practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead architecture, design, and development of Salesforce CRM solutions - Analyze existing implementations, identify technical gaps, and propose improvements - Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution design - Oversee integration strategies with external systems - Guide development teams on coding standards and best practices - Own project-level architectural decisions including platform scaling and security - Provide leadership in troubleshooting and performance tuning - Mentor developers and junior architects Key Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem - Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform customization - Strong experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs - Proficient in Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, Integration, and Governance - Ability to conduct code reviews, technical assessments, and enforce design patterns - Experience with tools like VS Code, Git, Jira, Jenkins - Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect - Salesforce Platform Developer I & II - Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer (Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description),
