Salesforce Engineer - CRM

As an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. With a minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, you will handle end-to-end project architecture, identifying system gaps, and optimizing solutions to align with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing existing implementations, proposing improvements, translating business requirements into technical solutions, overseeing integration strategies, guiding development teams, and making project-level architectural decisions. You should possess deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform customization. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Data Modeling, Security, Integration, and Governance. Additionally, you will be required to conduct code reviews, technical assessments, enforce design patterns, and work with tools like VS Code, Git, Jira, and Jenkins. Salesforce Architect certifications, such as Application Architect, System Architect, and CTA, are highly desirable. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role. In this position, you will provide leadership in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and mentorship to developers and junior architects on architecture patterns and practices. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer.
